- First got to File > New . Then you will see a dialog box will appear then change background contents to transparent . Then click OK
- Then select below given tool and write what you want
- Make you letter Bold so that it look nice after that Go to Layer > Duplicate Layer . Then a dialog box will appear click OK.
- Go to Filter > Liquify.. ( press shift+ctrl+x) . Then liquify your text little bit . Then click OK . Then again make Duplicate layer . Then again liquify your text . Then again Duplicate layer and Liquify your text . Do this until you get satisfied.
- After liqufying your text and in each duplicate layer . Go to Window and check mark Animation and click the small down arrow in the right corner of animation dialog box show in below image in blue. Then select make frames from layers. Then click on Play Animation Button the you will see that animation will start playing. Then you can edit your animation as per as requirements . You can also change the timings of your per frame so that it look nice.
